There is a limit of two pets per apartment. The fees are as follows:

The landlord and tenant agree that no animals, other than those listed in their Pet Agreement are permitted.
There is a limit of two pets per apartment. The fees are as follows:
- Dogs: $500.00 per dog
- Cats: $300.00 per cat
- $35 per month, per pet
The following dog breeds, or any mixed breed containing these breeds, are not permitted:
- Akita
- American Pit Bull Terrier (also known as American Staffordshire or Staffordshire Terrier)
- Chow or Chow Chow
- Rottweiler
- Doberman Pinscher
- German Shepherd
- Wolf hybrid (wolf mixed with any breed) or any animal that has bitten, attacked, or shown vicious tendencies
Rules and regulations for pets on our properties:
- Pets should not be permanently chained outside.
- Dog toys, bowls, chains, leads and leashes must not be left outside.
- Breeding pets in an apartment is prohibited.
- Pet feces must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly.
- Leads and/or leashes should not exceed 10 feet in length.
- Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times while outside.
- Cats should be declawed.
